Nick and I toured the country for 13 months installing bathtub liners, shower surrounds and vanities in hotels and motels for AmBath, LLC.
Sometimes it was a dirty, labor intensive job. Sometimes is was tedious and frustrating. And sometimes we stayed in places like this by-the-hour joint in Queens... (jibblies)

But most of the time we were grateful to be together constantly, to be experiencing an interesting country and for the sweet cash flow. It was an enriching experience that I will always remember fondly.
This is a list of cities we did jobs in. Some (WV) were a quick day job, some (NYC) became home for months at a time and some (Philadelphia) we repeatedly worked in.
Williamsburg, VA; Bethlehem, PA; Queens, NY; NYC, NY; Peekskill, NY; Newburgh, NY; Stamford, CT; West Babylon, LI, NY; Cambridge, MA; North Conway, NH; Buffalo, NY; Grantville, PA; Ann Arbor, MI; Elkview, WV; Waldorf, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Brookeside, DE; Hershey, PA; Waldorf, MD; Louisville, KY; Sommerset, PA; Atlantic City, NJ; Woodcliff Lake, NJ; Denver, CO; Kanab, UT; Las Vegas, NV

your list puts me to shame. i haven't ever lived outside of CA.
There's no shame in stability, Lisa. Plus, you are an awesome mom.
Hi, great story about really getting out and seeing things.
I am very curious about the work you did. I just so happen to be thinking about doing alot of bathrooms in a small motel in NJ with a lining and thought since you did so many you may have good ideas on what's on the market and your experience.
Thanks,
J
